Key points of our trip:

• Dive into the most artistic village of the Cote d’Azur – Saint-Paul-de-Vence, where Chagall is buried.
• A tour of one of Europe’s most important artistic sites: the Fondation Maeght – “Anti-Louvre in the sun” – since 1964 has brought to life a collection of more than 13,000 works by artists such as Miro, Léger, Bonnard, Giacometti, Chillida, Tal Coat, Richier, Hantai, Soulages… Surrounded by nature, you will see an ongoing exhibition, a sculpture garden and in situ works (Miro’s labyrinth, Chagall mosaic, Braque fountain…).
• Private tour of 2 of the region’s landmarks, symbols of Renaissance and Art Nouveau architecture: Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild and its magnificent gardens and Eileen Gray’s Villa E-1027 and Le Corbusier’s hut.
• Excursions to chapels decorated by Matisse and Cocteau – examples of sacred art.

We will live and eat in mythical places, immersing ourselves in local heritage and art of living:

• The world-famous Auberge de la Colombe d’Or houses an amazing collection of contemporary art. Regulars of this place, Matisse, Braque, Léger, Cesar and many others, left magnificent works there, such as the Calder mobile above the pool.
• CAB Foundation Guest House, a Provencal extension of the Brussels institution dedicated to minimalism and conceptual art, with interiors designed by French design star Charles Zana.
• Château de la Chèvre d’Or, a legendary establishment on the Riviera, in the medieval village of Eze overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
